Governor of Al-Mahra governorate Major General Rajeh Bakreet received on Monday the relief convoy from the governorate of Marib to reduce the damage left by the storm "Laban".
Governor Bakreet expressed his thanks for the governor of Marib province Major General Sultan Al-Arada for his directions to dispatch this the convoy, as well as the people of the province to provide help for their brothers affected by the Laban cyclone in al-Mahra..
For his part, Ali Mohammed al-Fatimi, Deputy Governor of Marib, who headed the relief convoy to the province of Al-Mahra, confirmed that the cyclone has caused a great damage to the infrastructure and roads in al-Mahra

" Per instructions of Marib Governor Maj. Gen. Sultan al-Arrada, this aid convoy loaded with 147 tons of food, medicines and relief stuffs as well as a medical team would relieve the suffering of our brothers in al-Mahra and contribute to medical operations’’; Al-Fatimi confirmed.
