The Undersecretary of Marib province Abdullah Al-Baqiri inaugurated the Second Phase of the Project: Friendly Spaces for War-Traumatized Children.
The five-month project funded by the UNICEF is designed to provide some friendly spaces for war-traumatized children in order to help them overcome the negative experiences they have endured due to the war.
Some 100 children are the target of the second phase of the project. The targeted children are from the districts of the city of Marib, Serwah, Hareeb, Mujzar and Al-Khaniq Camp in the district of Nehm of Sana'a province.
The projects aims to provide spaces of games and different forms of arts activities that children can practice. First phase of the project was carried out last year in five districts.
