Deputy Governor of Marib AbduRabbu Miftah launched Tuesday activities of removing solid wastes from displaced people camps and distributing 24,000 cleaning bags to displaced families.
The project, financed by UNICEF ,includes removing wastes from 27 displaced camps in in the province and distributing cleaning bags for the purpose of cleaning and providing health environment.
Dr. Miftah praised such significant projects, thanking UNICEF's support to different health, water,environment, protection and children projects in the province.
He confirmed support of the local authority to these programs and called regional and international organizations operating in humanitarian field to play their role for helping displaced people and providing them with basic needs.
