Women art exhibit on war and peace opened in Marib

 An exhibition of fine arts has opened in Marib Governorate, on Monday .

  ِAmateur female artists participate in this exhibition, which lasts for five days. It is the first of its kind in Marib

The exhibition, launched by the Deputy Governor of Marib for Administrative Affairs, Abdullah Ahmad Al-Bakri, along with the director of the Culture Bureau in the governorate ,Ali Baqlan, includes 65 paintings and drawings depicting war and peace in Yemen and the suffering of the Yemeni people by the Iran-backed Houthi coup militia, as well as reflecting aspirations of citizens for the desired peace and the restoration of the state institutions from theocratic militia who claims the divine right to rule the people .

Deputy al-Bakri praised the exhibition as it holds for the first time in Marib and enables the women who are considered the most affected by the war to express their issues and the community issues
