A girl was killed and her sister injured when they stepped on a Houthi landmine while grazing their sheep in Majzar district, on Tuesday .
Local source said that 10-year-old Amana was killed and her 8- year-old sister Maraym Mashtar wounded when a landmine planted by Houthi militia exploded in al-Mansa area of Majzar district north of Marib city.
Maryam lost an eye due to the explosion and still being treated in Marib hospital,according to the source.
The mines planted by the Houthi militia have killed and injured hundreds of civilians in many areas which were under Houthis control before army forces pushed them out and liberated these areas.
