Marib Executive Office holds its regular meeting

The Executive Office of Marib Governorate held its regular meeting on Tuesday to discuss the performance of the departments and its reports for the year 2018 and a number of service, relief and humanitarian issues.

 
The meeting ,chaired by governor of Marib Major General Sultan Al-Arada and attended by his deputies Ali Al-Fatimi, Dr. Abdurabu Miftah, Abdullah Al-Bakri, and Mohammad Al-Mawadi, reviewed the level of achievement and the reports of the performance during the last period.
The meeting discussed the ways to overcome all the difficulties and challenges facing the local authority and executive offices in the fields of education, health, water, sanitation ,roads electricity and provision of basic services in all districts of the province.

A coordination mechanism for relief and humanitarian operations and receiving the displaced people coming to the governorate was also discussed.

The meeting approved the formation of a committee to prepare plans for the implementation of development projects for the current year.

It also approved the formation of a joint committee to resolve land disputes in the province, and prevent random construction in flood streams.

During the meeting, Governor Al-Arada stressed the importance of concerted efforts and the enhancement of cooperation and coordination between all executive offices and relevant authorities in order to alleviate the suffering of the citizens of Marib governorate and the displaced people.

He ordered security services to deal firmly with the those who attack either the public or private lands ,or any property of citizens, and refer them to the courts.
