Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh said he hopes the partnership agreement the government and the Southern Transitional Council signed in Riyadh on November 5 to be a good start that allows for the return of the government to its interim seat of Aden.
In a meeting here on Thursday with the governors of Marib, Aljawf and Al-Beidha provinces, which together form the federal region of Saba, the Vice President said he hopes that the agreement sees a serious and honest implementation so as to unify ranks against the Iranian Houthi coup.
Lt. Gen. Mohsen hailed the sacrifices of Saba populations against Houthis and offering a safe haven to millions of displaced Yemenis who escaped the crackdown of the Iranian-backed theocratic militia.
