Vice President of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council and Marib Governor Sultan Al-Aradah congratulated graduates of the Air Force and Air Defense College on completing years of academic and military training, describing the graduation as an important step toward rebuilding the country’s military institution and strengthening its national capabilities.
Al-Aradah praised the efforts of PLC Chairman and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, President Rashad Al-Alimi, in supporting the restoration of state institutions and reinforcing security and stability. He also highlighted the president’s continued focus on training military and security personnel and building a professional national army capable of protecting the country.
He further commended the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff Command, and the leadership and faculty of the Air Force and Air Defense College for their role in preparing and graduating a new class of qualified officers.
According to Al-Aradah, the graduation of new batches from military, security, and academic institutions forms part of broader efforts to rebuild state institutions on modern national foundations. He stressed that Yemen places significant hopes on graduates across various sectors to contribute to public service, reconstruction, and development efforts.
“The nation is a responsibility shared by all,” Al-Aradah said, expressing hope that the graduates, alongside other dedicated Yemenis, would help the country overcome its crises, restore state institutions, and strengthen security and stability.
He added that the current phase requires responsibility, discipline, and sincere commitment from all sides to protect the country and meet the aspirations of the Yemeni people.
