President of the Appeals Tribunal in the governorate Marib , Judge Arif al-Makhlafi and the police chief Brigadier General Abdulmalik al-Medani paid inspection visits to the police stations in the provincial capital on Thursday.
 
During their visit, they checked the security records and places of detention as well as the needs for places of detention and sections in order to improve the performance of the police.
 They stressed the necessity to follow the legal procedures and not to delay in resolving the cases.
 
The visit comes within the framework of judicial inspection of security records and records for the detainees in the police departments of the governorate of Marib, and the efforts of the judicial and security authorities to upgrade the security action in accordance with the Constitution and the law.
