Deputy governor of Marib Dr. Abd-Rabbu Meftah received today the Head of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Mission in Yemen Elizabeth Patellar and the Head of Operations Corinne Bennazsh who arrived in Marib to get first-hand information about the humanitarian situation in the governorate.
The MSF's interventions in Marib and its future plans were key focus of the discussions.
Meftah provided a detailed presentation about the humanitarian situation in the governorate which Houthi militia's ongoing military operations have further worsening.
He highlighted the pressing need for greater interventions by the MSF and other humanitarian organizations.
