Yemeni Nama' Local Organizations Network and al-Khair Relief Alliance distributed Wednesday emergency assistances to displaced families from Rahaba District, Marib Province provided by King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Activities Center (KSrelief).
Deputy Governor of Marib Abd-Rabbu Miftah praised imminent response by KSrelief to humanitarian call by Marib's local authority for the sake of helping displaced people from the district, which has been attacked by Houthi militia recently and forced its people for displacement fearing of being killed by the continuous shelling by the militia.
He called humanitarian organizations to speed up providing their swift interventions to meet needs of displaced families, which their numbers increase daily over continuous Houthi militia's shelling on their houses and villages.
The assistance project includes provision of 100 shelter tents and food parcels to every displaced family.
