PLC VP Al-Arada Performs Eid Al-Adha Prayer in Marib

Marib, Yemen - June 16, 2024

Sultan al-Arada, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, performed Eid al-Adha prayers on Sunday with citizens in Marib's provincial capital.

Following the prayer, al-Arada received greetings from dignitaries, including high-ranking officials such as the Deputy Speaker, the Governor of Rima, and the Chief of Staff, along with undersecretaries from various ministries and governorates. Local leaders, military officials, and directors from government bodies were also present.

Al-Arada conveyed Eid greetings and well wishes on behalf of President Rashad al-Alimi, Head of the Presidential Leadership Council, and its members. He emphasized the importance of using this holy occasion to spread joy, strengthen community bonds, and promote social unity.

In response, the well-wishers expressed their growing support for the council and the government's efforts to bring peace and stability to Yemen.
