The security forces of Marib province seized 768 kilograms of hashish and arrested seven persons involved in an attempt to smuggle the narcotics to the areas controlled by Houthi militants last January.
The commander of the Special Forces in Marib Abdulghani Sha'alan told Saba the security forces managed to foil three attempts to smuggle Hashish into areas under Houthi coup militia control. He said the arrested suspects were referred to courts for legal procedures to be taken against them.
