Vice President of the Republic (Lt Gen) Ali Mohsen Saleh congratulated the Yemeni activist Yasmin al-Qadhi, Chairwoman of Marib Girls Foundation who awarded the Annual International Women of Courage Award (IWOC), in its fourteenth version.
In a telephone call he conducted on Wednesday with al-Qadhi, the Vice President praised al-Qadhi's constructive role as activist, appreciating her efforts to qualify the Yemeni woman.
The IWOC was established by the U.S. Department of State in 2007 to honor women in America and around the world
