Al-Arada discusses latest field, military developments with Chief of Staff

Presidential Leadership Council Vice President Major General Sultan al-Arada met on Tuesday with Chief of Staff and Joint Operations Commander Lt Gen Sagheer bin Aziz to discuss the latest field and military developments in Yemen.

During the meeting, the Vice President reviewed the results of his recent foreign tour to the United States and Saudi Arabia, including his discussions with officials from both countries.

The Chief of Staff also briefed the Vice President on his recent field visits to military units in the Fifth Military Region and the naval formations in the port city of Midi.

Al-Arada reaffirmed the PLC's unwavering support for the Armed Forces, emphasizing the importance of maintaining their high level of readiness to defend the nation against the Houthi terrorist militias. He also stressed the need to protect national gains and achieve security and stability in Yemen.
