Deputy Marib Governor launches emergency maintenance of Marib-Alaber highway

 

Deputy governor of Marib Mubarak bin Ghraib along with the Director General of the Public Works and Roads Office, Eng. Abdul-Wadud Al-Mudhahaji, inaugurated on Wednesday the emergency maintenance of the dilapidated parts of Marib-Alabr strategic road for 62 km to reduce the traffic accidents caused by the excavations.
 

The emergency maintenance includes the distance between Gueriban and Shikal, as partial treatment until the second stage of comprehensive road rehabilitation is initiated. The project is implemented by the General Autority for Roads and Bridges in Marib and Al Jouf provinces, with joint funding from Yemen Gas Company and Safer Company.
 

 The deputy Mubarak bin Ghraib listened to an explanation from the specialists about the maintenance works that are carried out in order to repair the holes in the road that cause the accidents.
