A woman and her daughter from the family of the parliament member Sheik Hussein al-Sawadi were killed and four others injured after a ballistic missile fired by Houthi rebels hit their home in Marib, on Wednesday.
Colonel Hussain Hulais , director of the ciriminal investigation in the police department in Marib, said in a statement to Yemeni News Agency Saba, that Aisha al-Sawadi , and her daughter Rania al-Sawadi,16, have been killed, while MP al-Sawadi ,his brother and two other women have been seriously injured in the Houthi missile attack.
Hulais stated the ballistic missile destroyed the house and caused a great damage in the surrounding houses.
Noteworthy, Houthi militia has intensified shelling on civilians' houses in Marib during the last three days.
