Governor Al-Arada meets leaders of political parties in Marib

The Governor of Marib, Major General Sultan Al-Arada, on Friday, met with the leaders of the political parties in the governorate and discussed aspects of strengthening partnership between the various components, and the national forces' role in the process of construction and development, the consolidation of security and stability in the province, which is witnessing intense activities in various fields, including investment, services,and civil society.

During the meeting, the governor praised the national positions of the political parties and social components of Marib governorate , and their united stand behind the political leadership represented by His Excellency President of the Republic Field Marshal Abd Rabu Mansour Hadi, adding that their stance against the imamate projec has been solid as a rock since the first moment of Iran-backed Houthi militia.

The Governor also appreciated the attitudes and support of political parties for the legitimacy, national army, and security services, and its role in achieving great success in the province ,making it a distinguished model of cooperation and coexistence.

He touched upon the latest developments at the local and national arena, efforts to maintain security and stability, and aspirations of the province during the current year 2020, which would improve the level of government services in the provincial capital and directorates, and overcome obstacles and problems of the last year.

Governor Al-Arada expressed his thanks to the political leadership and the government for the great attention they pay to the province, appreciating the great role of the Saudi-led Coalition and their fraternal support for the legitimacy and Marib Province in various situations and circumstances.

For their parts, the political parties and forces in Marib Governorate reiterated their firm stance and support for the Legitimacy led by President Hadi, for the national army and security forces, as well as for the efforts of the local authority aimed at enhancing state institutions, strengthening the state of security and stability and bringing about the desired development in the governorate, which hosts Yemenis from all governorates.
