Marib Governor chairs joint meeting of emergency committee against coronavirus and number of clerics

The Governor of Marib Governorate, Chairman of the Emergency Committee to confront coronavirus, Major General Sultan Al-Arada, presided over a joint meeting of members of the committee and a number of preachers in the governorate, on Friday.

The meeting discussed the precautionary measures to confront the Covid 19 pandemic in Marib.

It also discussed the latest instructions of the emergency committee ,offices of the health and the endowment to close mosques and prevent any gathering inside in order to reduce the risk of acquiring the disease.

Governor Al-Arada emphasized the role of preachers and clerics in raising awareness about the importance of social distance ,home quarantine ,prevention methods, sterilization and hygiene in protecting from coronavirus.
