Death toll from latest Houthi terror attack on Marib rises to 10

Death toll from the latest Houthi terror attack on the eastern Yemeni city of Marib has risen to 10, medical sources have confirmed.

The Iran-backed militia shelled the center of the city on Thursday evening with 2 ballistic missiles and 2 armed drone bombs killing eight people and injuring 27 others, two of whom succumbed to their wounds on Friday.

The rockets hit a mosque and a women prison within the city’s Police Department.

The Houthi militia fighting a year long war on Marib has as of 5 February intensified its war in the outskirts of the city and stepped up its bouts of ballistic missile shelling killing, injuring and displacing thousands of IDPs who constitute the majority of Marib’s residents.
