Marib local authority, donors approve sanitation project plan

Marib Local Authority, donor organizations and local partners approved a joint coordination plan for implementing projects in fields of water and sanitation.

Marib Deputy Governor Abd-Rabbu Muftah presided over on Sunday a meeting for Marib Relief Committee, local and international organizations operating in humanitarian field and Water and Environmental Sanitation Blok in the province for approving the plan.

Muftah asserted on coordination in field of humanitarian activity for unifying efforts of providing humanitarian services to societies in the province.

He called on humanitarian organizations to open offices in the province so as the local authority will be able to provide them with needed facilitations.
